Our People

In the advisory business, the only core competence we have are the people that will advise you. We take on only a few mandates a year, so we can focus relentlessly to bring every one of those to a successful conclusion.  To do so, we rely on a core set of team members of various levels of seniority and skills, including Executive Directors, Directors, Managers and Associates.  Every single project is led by LF’s founder and managing director.  Where necessary and desired, we will integrate into the team one or more of our select Senior Advisers / LF Alumni.  

Alex Neuber

Founding Partner and Managing Director

Alex is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of LF since its inception in 2004, the year that Poland joined the EU, and has a long track record with clients in telecoms, media, private equity and infrastructure, among others.

KAROL Depczyński

Executive Director

Karol has 20 years of experience on the managerial position in the field of finance in TMT & Infrastructure, both in large corporations and start-ups.

Alumni and Senior Advisors

Our Senior Advisers are seasoned executives and bankers, many of which primarily hold or have held senior executive positions in those industries in which we have a long track record of advising in, such as telecoms, media/internet, energy, utilities, infrastructure, and capital markets.
On a case-by-case basis, these senior advisers may reinforce a core LF advisory team with their expertise and industry-specific know-how
